2011 Fees

It is the responsibility of the Hubbards Community Waterfront Association (HCWA) Board of Directors to review and set fees for service on an annual basis, based on operational requirements of HCWA.

All services subject to 15% HST unless noted. All fees are reviewed on an annual basis.

Membership $10 (tax exempt)
Winter Storage $1.50 x length x beam (based on space availability)
Summer Storage $300 cradle (based on space availability)
Mooring (seasonal rental) $650 (based on availability)
Mooring ( registration fee) $55
Mooring Daily $20 per day (tax included; based on availability)
Marina-annual Option A Berth holder
  • Berth holder $5000 deposit
  • 250 depreciation per year (Depreciation occurs on September 30)
  • $690 per season
  • This option is no longer available.
Marina-annual Option B Berth holder
  • Berth holder $1500 initiation fee.
  • $1000 per season
Marina-annual Option C $1750 per season
Marina -Daily $30 (tax included; based on availability)
Tender Storage $50
Tender Service N/A
Dry Sail – Small Boat $200 (based on availability of space)
Wharf Berthing
  • Each 24 hour period: $0.50 per foot of overall length.
  • Vessels of more than 45 feet in length or 25 gross register tons will be charged $1 per foot for each 24 hour period.
  • Minimum charge of $10.00. Annual Rates:
  • Vessels less than 45 feet: $7.00 per foot of overall length.
  • Seasonal rates:
    • Summer season (June 1 – Oct. 15)
    • Winter season (Oct 16 to May 31)
    • The rate for both seasons is $4.00 per foot of overall length.
Haul out, launch, mast storage, mast step, mast removal $0 – at your own use/risk
